Novotel Metz Centre

Here's my point of view

This hotel is a hidden gem in the city center! The kids' corner at the restaurant made family dining enjoyable, while the spacious swimming pool was a good surprise. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering comfort for a nice stay. Friendly staff added to the cute atmosphere.

As a wheelchair user it was impossible to have a shower as there is a bathtub and not a roll in shower ,so it is a fine hotel for a short stay

Location in the old city centre is very nice; all main sightseeing points are located in walking-distance. Parking 24 h available. Hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. We took a non-refund offer and that was really value for money. Really to recommend.

Chilled vibes in Metz 🥐🌆

Late brekkie options were lekker, and having a pool to chill by was such a jol! The room was super comfy, really enjoyed the space. Good that the parking is right under the hotel, so no long walks with luggage!

It took some time to figure it out, especially with bags.

The cold meats at breakfast were great, a true delight! I loved the location. The spacious room with a coffee maker was another big plus.

The hotel feels like it's stuck in the '80s! The mini fridge didn't work either. For the price, I'd expect better all around-next time, I might seek out a different spot.

Nothing really. The hotel was fine for a night's stopover on the way to Switzerland. Certainly a one night stay was totally sufficient to see Metz itself. Longer was not necessary.

Location really close to the surprisingly good choice of restaurants for a second-, center of Metz, and restaurants in the evening. Sensational breakfast with a view towards cathedrale and bacon, as example and very good customer service.

Central location, heated outdoor pool, interactive kids' area

Cleaning standards need a serious upgrade!!! With cobwebs in corridors and an unpleasant sewage smell in bathroom drains, it's hard to feel comfortable during your stay!!! Management could also improve by providing clearer directions in the parking complex!!!

The Novotel is well situated in Metz, with friendly staff.

The room was not new, the people who works in the Hotel not nice at all !! The bathroom not clean and horrible !!

Would recommend for a trip

Spacious room, convenient location, comfortable amenities, with a mini fridge and an electric kettle, provided easy access to refreshments on demand while visiting various attractions.

We liked this place. Perfect central location just off the centre of town, the square, and bars & restaurants. Spent a nice evening at Aux Paraiges, located close to the venue.

24 hour check in, all staff very friendly and helpful

I stayed for 1 night with my family, and we really enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and the spacious, comfortable room. however, the lift could be small and crowded. I would consider returning!

Clean, comfortable hotel in an excellent location for exploring Metz.

Breakfast was not included in the room rate and was rather pricey. Parking is also not included--10 Euro per day.
